Registration Protocol

The template includes columns for: first name, last name, DOB, sex, nationality (use pipe | for multiple, e.g. US|FR), country of ID issuance, ID number, expiry date, address, notes.

Import Guidelines

  • Date format must be YYYY-MM-DD
  • Sex must be "male" or "female"
  • Use pipe (|) for multiple nationalities, e.g. US|FR
  • ID numbers are automatically saved in uppercase
  • Invalid rows are skipped, valid ones are imported
